Human oversight is a control, not a disclaimer
How review sits in an agentic diligence workflow without becoming a bottleneck.
Human oversight is often written into a process as a sentence at the end. That is a disclaimer, not a control.
In an agentic diligence workflow, review has to sit in a defined place: which findings require an analyst, what the analyst is checking, and what happens when the file is not ready. If review is informal, it either becomes a bottleneck or it does not happen.
The aim is a path a professional can stand behind. The model can assemble. The analyst still decides.
